Tiller Corporation has been recognized by a variety of groups as one of the Twin Cities premiere employers. In June of 2010 Tiller Corporation was recognized by the Minneapolis Star Tribune as a "Top Workplace". The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program was based upon feedback from an anonymous employee survey conducted by Work Place Dynamic, Inc. Over 1,000 organizations in total participated in the survey, and over 33,000 employees shared their views. One hundred companies were selected as Top Workplaces. Tiller Corporation was honored to be included; especially since the judges were our employees! Of particular note Tiller Corporation ranked first overall on the list for its excellent benefit package and fifth among all mid-sized employers. Recognized as one of the "10 Best Companies for Employee Financial Security"
The Principal Financial Group also conducted a national survey recognizing the "10 Best Companies for Employee Financial Security". Companies were judged on how well they cover retirement, disability and other major life events; how much the company contributes in matches or premiums; how the company aligns its benefits to its employees' specific needs; and how the company helps employees use and understand their benefits. We were honored when Principal recognized Tiller Corporation for the level of benefits it provides to its employees. We recognize that our employees are one of our most significant assets.
