| Land Use Permits |
|
Local units of government (counties, townships and/or cities) usually require authorization in the form of land use permits for our facilities. The authorization process, which includes citizen participation in the form of public hearings, generally begins with an environmental review followed by conditional use permits or interim use permits. These permits establish individual operating parameters for each facility and usually include conditions designed to ensure that the land use standards designed by the local governments are maintained. To access information supplied to local units of government regarding Commercial Asphalt Co.’s current environmental review documents and land use permit applications please click on the link below. If you wish to review an application associated with one of our aggregate facilities please click here. At this time we have no active permitting efforts in regard to our asphalt plant facilities. |
